Northbound: A Survival Story Told by Mail

Northbound is a fictional survival story set deep in the Alaskan wilderness, the first in the Stories by Mail collection.

Told through journals, letters, and recovered pages, the story follows an expedition shaped by isolation, endurance, and the quiet decisions that determine who makes it home—and who does not.

What’s Included

Northbound is part immersive storytelling, part adventure journey, unfolding across a steady mailing cadence.

• Six mailings, delivered twice monthly
• Twelve chapters plus an epilogue
• Two chapters per mailing

Each envelope pairs printed story chapters with physical keepsakes, selected to feel intentional and story-bound.

Contents vary with each mailing and may include journal entries, letters, maps, clippings, or other mementos.

A Note on this Experience

As the story unfolds, not everything is explained at once. Some truths surface quietly—through repetition, absence, and what remains. In the final mailing, readers uncover a subtle revelation: one last piece that reframes the voice they’ve been listening to all along.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included in the total price for domestic orders. At this time, Evermore stories ship within the United States as we prepare to expand to additional locations. We look forward to carrying stories farther soon.

Mailings ship on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month and typically arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM Pacific before a scheduled 1st or 3rd Friday will ship that week.

Orders placed after the cutoff will ship with the next available mailing.

Gift Orders

To send a gift, select “Is this a gift” on the product page and include a message if you’d like. Your gift note will be included with the first mailing.

Receipts and pricing details are not included with the mailing.

Evermore Story Co. orders ship to one address per order. If you’re sending gifts to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each address so we can ensure each story arrives safely to the right doorstep.
