How Stories by Mail Works

Stories by Mail is offered as a one-year subscription, beginning with the first story in the collection. Each story is structured as twelve chapters plus an epilogue, revealed gradually through the mail.

Subscriptions do not renew and you may cancel at any time.

Each envelope pairs printed story chapters with physical keepsakes, selected with intention. Contents vary by story, but every piece plays a role in the unfolding narrative.

As each story unfolds, not everything is explained at once.

Some truths surface slowly. In the final mailing of each story, readers uncover a subtle revelation—one last piece that reframes the voice they’ve been listening to all along.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included in the total price for domestic orders. At this time, Evermore stories ship within the United States as we prepare to expand to additional locations. We look forward to carrying stories farther soon.

Mailings ship on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month and typically arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM Pacific before a scheduled 1st or 3rd Friday will ship that week.

Orders placed after the cutoff will ship with the next available mailing.

Gift Orders

To send a gift, select “Is this a gift” on the product page and include a message if you’d like. Your gift note will be included with the first mailing.

Receipts and pricing details are not included with the mailing.

Evermore Story Co. orders ship to one address per order. If you’re sending gifts to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each address so we can ensure each story arrives safely to the right doorstep.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of the experience, returns are not available.

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase for unshipped mailings. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for full details.
